Today I spent most of my day preparing a secret project I’m working on for the site and I didn’t really have the chance to update our video archive which still needs a lot of work. So most likely there won’t be video updates for today.

I decided though to take a break and post something in the gallery, as I still have a messy folder full of photos waiting to get sorted and uploaded, so here is a small gallery update with some stills and posters of Anna’s first animated feature “ParaNorman”.

I was also thinking if I should actually make captures of this film to add in the gallery so if you wanna share your opinion about this feel free to comment and help me decide.

I love Miss Anna Kendrick! Not only is she a talented actress who can steal scenes anytime, she is also a sweet person. I interviewed her for “Up in the Air” a while back, and when she saw me for the “ParaNorman” junket, she immediately gave me a hug. Awwww.

In the movie, Kendrick voices the character of Courtney, Norman’s older, superficial sister. In this interview, we talked about:

Oh gosh, we have so many things to tell you about our interviews with the cast of Paranorman. Where to even begin? With Leslie Mann talking about her crush on cougar-loving Harry Styles? With Kodi Smit-McPhee talking about his Cody alter-ego, Cody Simpson? Or perhaps with Anna Kendrick doing her “Call Me Maybe” dance and/or talking about how she doesn’t understand The Hunger Games? See? We told ya this one was juicy.

A brand new “ParaNorman” trailer released recently which has more scenes of Anna’s character Courtney. I also updated the gallery with a new still and photos of Anna’s character figures that got used in the film.
