REVIEW
Here come the vampires and werewolves again, or at least Stephenie Meyer’s version of them. I don’t keep it a secret that I am not a fan of the series, and that I have never read the books (and I never will). The reasons for my general distaste for the Twilight Saga are varied, but can generally be traced to my distaste for sappy, illogical romances, and a general lack of respect for vampire lore. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is the third movie version of the book series, and despite my reservations about the story of Bella and the previous movies, I have to admit I was a little surprised at the outcome.

Kristen Stewart plays Bella Swan, a moody recluse of a teenage girl living in the Pacific Northwest town of Forks, Washington with her single divorced dad (Billy Burke). Bella is enamoured with local vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and longs for him to bite her and turn her into a vampire so they can be together forever (yawn).

ANNA Kendrick wants to learn how to play pool.

The Oscar-nominated Up in the Air and Twilight star is currently busy learning how to be a pool shark in between her filming commitments.

“I really want to learn to play pool,” she said. “I don’t want to be one of those chicks in a bar that you know, needs her boyfriend to set up a shot for her. So that’s a life goal for me.”

Actress Anna Kendrick admits she gets intimated by good-looking men and says Robert Pattinson and Taylor are too perfect for her.

The actress stars alongside Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner in new movie ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ and while they are two of the world’s most sought-after heartthrobs, Anna says neither one is for her.

She said: “I mean, they’re like siblings to me now, and if I had to choose between them, it would feel really creepy.

“I don’t think either of them is my type. I’d like a guy who looks a little more goofy and who is less intimidating – they’re both lovely, but almost too perfect-looking.”

Although Anna – who starred in ‘Up in the Air’ with George Clooney – can see the attraction in both men, she says she finds it a bit “strange” at how much attention they get from girls, especially Robert.

She told website MailOnline: “They’re a big thing now – and it’s not just in the UK, but everywhere. It seems like a harmless hobby, although it is a little strange. Maybe the mums are finding a way to connect with their daughters, which would be sweet. But all it takes is one crazy mum to infiltrate that sweet circle of women and you never know what they might do!

“I think Rob is just as shy and freaked out by the attention as he seems to be – it’s not an act. He’s definitely not hard on the eyes, and I get why girls go crazy for him, but it makes me feel like saying, ‘Guys, really, he’s just a dude!’ “

The ‘Twilight’ actress and Oscar nominee admits her hunky costars aren’t her type and talks about working with George Clooney!

Anna Kendrick may be the luckiest girl in Hollywood, working with leading men like Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson, and George Clooney — but don’t expect her to be attracted to them! Anna told the Daily Mail, “seeing how much in love these girls are with Rob or Taylor, it’s kind of hard to understand. ‘I mean, they’re like siblings to me now, and if I had to choose between them, it would feel really creepy.” We know millions of girls who would disagree Anna!

Anna goes on to then express the same thoughts about her Up in the Air costar George. “We were shooting in a hotel lobby one time and every woman who passed by was just drooling over George and collapsing at his feet – it was crazy. It’s actually quite upsetting to see grown women turn into monkeys around him. I wanted to say: ‘Ladies, get it together – you’re embarrassing yourselves and our gender!’”

Anna did have her own way of dealing with George, who is a notorious joker. “He would call me ’short,’ so I’d ask him how his hip replacement was going.”
